Most iTeraCare devices are shipped by our stockists around the world and your tracking information will come from them.
Refunds and Returns Policy
As a customer, there is a NO Return, NO Refund Policy On All iTeraCare Devices, iTera Bio Foot Massager as well as the Negative Ion Pendant and the 7 Wonders Water Bottle. If you receive any of these products damaged, I will submit a claim for you and a new device will be shipped as soon as possible. If your device is faulty in any way within one year, I will submit a warranty claim for you and get a replacement device shipped to you.
Be aware that on warranty claims, the replacement device warranty will last the remaining time of your original purchase.
